MARKETING COORDINATOR - PART-TIME

The Role

We seek a professional, confident, and energetic person who works well with a team and independently to support the international sales team.  Excellent communication skills are needed with all departments and Spanish is required.  With this full-time onsite, role, the ability to problem-solve and administratively support all international business transactions. This newly created position allows you to assist in creating and developing this role, with a mindset to deliver world-class customer support and build customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Administrative support of all international business transactions
  • Order and shipment processing and tracking, Inbound material/open order tracking
  • Provide great customer service and follow-up
  • Assist with the business development process and sales
  • Maintain accuracy between the CRM database and actual transactions
  • Continuous building and maintenance of INTL CRM contact database
  • Updating website data and contents
  • Qualifying inbound leads, and prospective pipeline deal follow-up
  • Customer Relations and follow-up with inactive customers
  • Collaborate with Marketing on outbound prospecting campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and What's App
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing is a plus
  • Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) verbal and written is a requirement


Competencies

  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize the workload
  • Courteous, patient, and works well with multiple departments
  • Preferably three years minimum providing support administratively in an office/sales/or customer service
  • Customer service knowledge and skills are required, one to two years
  • Marketing and Sales experience is a plus
