We're searching for an HR Generalist to join our team and support diverse HR functions, encompassing payroll and benefits administration, onboarding and compliance. The perfect fit should have a solid foundation in HR, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, and the flexibility to adjust to our organization's evolving needs. As an HR Generalist, your role will be pivotal in cultivating a positive work environment and guaranteeing the effective implementation of our company's HR policies and procedures.

Job Duties

  • Manage data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and maintain regular audits for accuracy and compliance.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll.
  • Support employee onboarding and exit interviews.
  • Assist in the communication and upkeep of employee handbook and contribute to policy development.
  • Use HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and conduct absences administration.
  • Provide front line HR support for employees and Mangers, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain annual compliance reporting such as AAP and ACA.
  • Support the HR Director with leadership development training.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Aptitude for problem-solving
  • Excellent record keeping skills
  • To meet the requirements for government contract work and work in a restricted facility, candidates must adhere to specific criteria set by federal regulations. This includes: 1) a U.S. citizen (whether born or naturalized); 2) a lawful permanent resident of the United States; or 3) a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C.
