SUMMARY

As a LoadUp Field Operations Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for our active Loader teams and will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient coordination between our customers and Loaders. You will coordinate the day-to-day order schedule to ensure timely and reliable service, serve as the point of contact for Loaders when issues arise, outbound calls to external vendors, and communicate with internal teams to resolve issues. When an issue with a Loader occurs, you may be tasked with communication to the customer and further coordination with a secondary Loader team. Our environment is fast-paced, challenging, and highly rewarding.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferably with independent contractors preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in logistics dispatching preferred
  • Bilingual preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Personable; positive attitude; fun to be around; collaborative spirit
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  • Results driven 


SALARY AND BONUS POTENTIAL

  • $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
  • Monthly $500 Performance Bonus at 100% of target
