LoadUp Dispatch Agent

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused LoadUp Dispatch Agent to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient coordination between our customers and Loaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the day-to-day order schedule to ensure timely and reliable service
• Serve as the point of contact for Loaders when issues arise
• Make outbound calls to external vendors and communicate with internal teams to resolve issues
• Communicate with customers and coordinate with secondary Loader teams when necessary

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably with independent contractors
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics dispatching, preferred
• Bilingual, preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Personable, positive attitude, and collaborative spirit
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
• Results-driven

Salary and Bonus Potential:

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
• Monthly $500 performance bonus at 100% of target
