As the Executive Assistant, you will be the cornerstone of support for our CEO, managing administrative tasks and confidential matters with precision. Your role involves maintaining the executive suite, coordinating meetings, managing travel arrangements, and serving as a trusted liaison across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other vital documents.
  • Manage CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain organization and efficiency in the executive suite.
  • Record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate business meetings and events as required.
  • Manage multiple office vendors and handle corporate-related logistics.
  • Responsible for executive expenses and proper submission.
  • Manage CEO's correspondence including calls and emails.
  • Interact with and receive incoming executive visitors.
  • Liaise effectively with internal staff at all levels.

Qualifications:
