Position:   Marketing Coordinator
Company: This Is Voice
Salary: $46.080 to $58.560 per year
Schedule: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
 
This Is Voice is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns, and supporting the overall marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and engagement. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Organize and manage events, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain and update the company’s website and social media profiles.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably as a Marketing Coordinator or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
