Overview

Join the Atlantis and Monarch Casinos team as a Marketing Support Coordinator. This role is designed to assist the Marketing Director in executing marketing strategies and initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, organize events, and curate engaging social media content. This position is integral to the daily operations of our marketing and advertising efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming phone communications
  • Conduct daily mailbox checks
  • Oversee the distribution of marketing materials, ensuring that the casino floor is equipped with up-to-date flyers and posters
  • Support various departments with job requests and project assistance
  • Keep teams informed about project statuses and essential updates
  • Facilitate the distribution of marketing collateral to relevant departments
  • Perform weekly inspections of the casino floor to ensure proper signage placement
  • Handle and process invoices, department P-Card receipts, and trademark documentation
  • Administer the internal and external signage strategy
  • Process business card requests for designated teams
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for marketing, advertising, and public relations activities
  • Assist in the creation, review, and production of marketing materials, including posters, flyers, and digital displays, under the guidance of the Marketing Manager
  • Collaborate with the Communications Manager on charitable events and promotional activities
  • Generate and manage marketing certificates
  • Coordinate third-party travel agency evaluations and liaise with corresponding departments
  • Manage all 'contact marketing' communications, addressing guest inquiries and directing them to the appropriate teams
  • Organize and prioritize the marketing team's schedule
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management

While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be required to stand, walk, use hands for various tasks, reach with arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.

Qualifications

Education:

  • BA or BS Degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience, ideally within a marketing environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with strong Excel capabilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines while prioritizing tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Must demonstrate adaptability and quick learning in a dynamic setting.
