    The Marketing Specialist at Webcraft Stylers will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services. This role involves creating marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and working closely with the sales and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and drive business growth. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Create and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, emails, social media posts, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and sales support tools.
  • Monitor and manage the company’s online presence, including website updates and SEO optimization.
  • Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Maintain a consistent brand message across all marketing channels.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Creativity and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software (e.g.,
