Position Summary: Handles incoming phone calls and emails from jail staff, inmate family members, and business partners for the purpose of support, troubleshooting, installing, and training on our Trust Fund Management Software (Team 3) and hardware. Lobby kiosks, Booking kiosks, POD kiosks, and Networking.

A positive, collaborative attitude, and highly polished professional communication skills are required.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

· Software guidance and training for facility staff. Also, to include Kimble’s site and Territory/Sales managers.

· Software and Network Support.

· Assisting internal organizational and customer support.

· Ensure total customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

· Problem Solving

· Customer Service Experience

· Intermediate to Advanced hardware knowledge

· Good Communication skills


Software Tools: Windows OS, Team 3, Office 365, Pulseway Remote Management, LogMeIn, Salesforce CRM and other cloud or internet-based software
