The Select Group is looking for a Field Services Technician to join one of our top healthcare partners to help with an Epic Beaker Print Refresh project. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, end user support experience, desktop networking, hardware/hardware and operating systems support.
FIELD SERVICES TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience working as an IT Field Technician or Desktop Support
- Experience previously installing, supporting, and managing desktops and printers
- Experience with Internet browsers and Microsoft Office products
- Exposure to Cisco networking environments
- Ability to communicate clearly and great team building skills
- CompTIA or similar certification
- Bonus skills: VPN, Active Directory, and/or Citrix
FIELD SERVICES TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the installation, support, inventory, system enhancements, and management of networked and non-networked hardware (i.e., desktops, printers, and peripherals)
- Installation, support, inventory, and management of local system applications
- Responsible for problem resolution, troubleshooting, training, and communicating with the end-users in a timely and customer-oriented manner
- Assist with the deployment and maintenance of service level agreements with appropriate reporting and documentation of support
- Other duties as assigned
