Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our products and services. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a high standard of service and contribute to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a professional and timely manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolution details in the company's CRM system.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customers' issues have been resolved and their needs are met.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer service processes.
  • Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
