This well-established and growing medical practice is seeking a hard-working and motivated individual to serve as its Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is an exceptional opportunity for an innovative and driven professional to be a part of an HR program within a growing healthcare organization.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing and pre-screening candidates, the majority of which are medical providers (physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants). The Talent Acquisition Specialist creatively and proactively uses sourcing techniques to create a pipeline of candidates for high volume/time sensitive positions. Daily responsibilities include reviewing resumes, setting up screens, screening candidates and scheduling candidates for interviews with hiring managers. The ability to onboard new employees is a plus.

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and research skills
  • Ability to use software to access databases, email, create spreadsheets, and computer proficiency with MS Office (particularly Word and Excel)
  • Strong customer focus with a sense of urgency and high level of accountability
  • Ability to work efficiently with little direction; self-motivated.
