Seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to assist with direct labor recruiting initially, transitioning to a hybrid role encompassing both recruiting and general HR responsibilities. Responsibilities include administering various HR plans and procedures for all personnel, assisting in development and implementation of policies, administering unemployment and workers' compensation insurance, and FMLA. Additional duties involve day-to-day benefits administration, handling employee relations, maintaining HR records, and supporting recruiting efforts.
