What will I be doing?
As an Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following tasks for the office:
- Process and track referrals
- Assist in assigning cases to staff
- Review and assign clinical documentation
- Complete assessments and necessary documentation
- Participate in PQI and strategic planning

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Human Services discipline, including, but not limited to: Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice required.
- LPC or LCSW required.
- 2 years’ experience working with children (experience can include internships, volunteer work, etc.)
