We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Relations Specialist to join our team at ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our patients and clients, ensuring a 5-star experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to patients and clients via phone and in person
  • Accommodate patient needs and preferences whenever possible
  • Perform clinical administrative functions, including answering phone calls, patient intake, registration, scheduling, demographics data entry, insurance verification, and payment collection
  • Ensure accurate and timely patient insurance billing
  • Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional customer service and support
