Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team at ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for every individual who interacts with our medical practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 5-Star Customer Service: Greet patients enthusiastically, make them feel welcomed, comfortable, and hopeful, and accommodate their needs whenever possible.
  • Clinical Administrative Functions: Answer phone calls, perform patient intake, registration, scheduling, demographics data entry, insurance verification, collect payments, and ensure accurate and timely patient insurance billing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to provide exceptional patient care, lead the charge with exceptional customer service, and demonstrate a passion for personalized service.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, a high degree of detail orientation, and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Strong Rapport Building Skills: Build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, kneel/stoop, and lift up to 45 lbs.
  • Education and Experience: College or associates degree preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical or customer service role.
