Job Summary:

As a Software SaaS Sales Executive at Calpion Inc., you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and closing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with our growth objectives. This role requires a self-starter who is motivated by achieving sales targets and has a passion for technology and innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Sales Presentations and Demos: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and forecasts.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and benefit.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and feedback integration.


Qualifications:

Experience: 4-6 years of proven experience in Software/IT/AI/SaaS sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.


Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
