The Position: National Account Manager III

Location: Hybrid in Cleveland, Oh

Summary: As a National Account Manager at CHAMPS GPO, you'll be instrumental in enhancing contract uptake by consulting with strategic members and driving engagement through education and collaboration. Working closely with both members and suppliers, you'll help us achieve our organizational savings goals while fostering strong partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day consultation and support to members on purchasing activities, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and implement GPO contracts that deliver savings to members and contribute to CHAMPS Group Purchasing's revenue growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and relationship-building efforts.
  • Conduct regular client Business Reviews, preparing insightful materials and driving meaningful discussions.
  • Track savings and provide data to analytics teams for reporting purposes.
  • Lead client campaigns for your book of business, driving engagement and maximizing value for all parties involved.

Qualifications:

  • Strong account management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to travel during regular business hours, overnight, or on weekends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Bachelor's degree in account management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience directly related to the role, demonstrating a strong track record of success in account management or experience related to Long Term Care/Senior Living healthcare field.
