The primary responsibility of the acquisitions manager is to communicate, negotiate and buy properties from warm sellers that we have pre qualified for you. A good Acquisition Manager will make $80,000+ a year - if you're stellar, you can make $140,000+

Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
  • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
  • Follow up on properties according to established procedures
  • Constant monitoring of available properties, and status along the sales process
  • Manage and facilitate successful acquisition activity with sales team
  • Work with entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth
  • Develop strong business relationships with sellers for maximum results and revenue for the company
  • Provide company with reports of all sales activity on a daily basis
  • Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue
  • Enter all relevant notes into company CRM on a daily basis
  • Assist Company with misc projects as needed
  • Close a minimum of 1 transaction a week

Compensation
This position has a base salary and a commission structure that will allow candidates to earn well over $80,000 a year. Weekly base salaries average around $500-$600 a week and monthly commissions average over $7,000 a month.Licensing
A real estate agent license is not required but it would be ideal.
