Wonderly Lights of Virginia Beach is seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Office Manager to lead our fast-growing, premium outdoor lighting business. The individual who excels in this role will be able to develop and maintain customer relationships, drive sales performance through both in-person and phone-based efforts, and direct all aspects of field operations.
Responsibilities:
- Sell initial services to lighting clients via inbound calls
- Proactively engage existing customer base via outbound communications (phone, text. Email)
- Provide exceptional customer service to both existing and new customers
- Manage customer work orders, invoicing, and billing using business management software
- Direct and manage technicians, service schedules, and vehicle routing
- Handle inventory management for lighting materials
- Supervise financial aspects of the business with corporate assistance
- Represent the business in Hampton Roads-area marketing efforts
Requirements:
- Background in office management, preferably in a service-oriented business
- Proven experience in consumer sales
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient with the use of POS and CRM software systems
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to procedural changes
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Capable of managing a team of technicians
- Familiar with Profit & Loss statements and comfortable working with numbers
- Driven to achieve business results by adhering to operating systems to control costs effectively
- Experience in hiring, training, retaining, and developing employees
Additional Details:
- Full-time position with typical hours of 8 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekend work and/or additional hours during peak seasons (late Fall)
