Job Summary

Genesis of Ridgefield seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our dealership. This role involves various tasks, including managing customer inquiries, documentation, and supporting our management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve as customers' first point of contact, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Communication: Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Documentation: Handle and organize dealership documentation, including invoices, receipts, and customer records.
  • Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and vehicle service bookings.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, assisting with reports, presentations, and other tasks as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with tracking inventory levels and ordering office supplies.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Event Coordination: Help organize and coordinate dealership events, promotions, and other activities.
  • Office Management: Ensure the office area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
