POS Coordinator

Responsible for the support of Sales by assisting in the distribution of point of sale (POS) products, coordination of special events, draught services, and venue call frequency.

Key Accountabilities

• Receive and distribute all POS – communicate this with the District Managers
• Coordinate Neon Repair Program
• Maintain POS and draught room
• Maintain draught equipment and handle emergency draught problems
• Coordinate equipment and calendar for special events
• Assist with special events and emergency deliveries
• Order necessary materials - Generic POS, Draught Parts, Cups, and Miscellaneous supplies for all merchandisers
• Meet all training requirements as set forth by Quality Beverage

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment

Education/Training/Experience

• High School Diploma required
• College experience preferred

Physical Demands and Environment:

• Work performed may require some physical exertion, may be required to lift objects weighing up to 45 pounds
• Work may require intermittent standing or sitting as determined by the incumbent
• Work requires moderate concentration to effectively execute varied tasks with some level of complexity
