Graphic Designer

Develop and design POS/Graphics and layouts for our suppliers, customers, and corporate office.
Key Accountabilities
- Create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principals and esthetic design concepts
- Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork, using computer graphics software packages or other mediums such as PC hardware (image scanner, color plotter/printer, laminator, etc.) and software (Corel Draw, Sign Lab, Photoshop, etc.)
- Assemble final layouts to prepare layouts for printer
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed
- Attend and/or execute special events and retail promotions as required
- Ensure full compliance with legal guidelines, Wholesaler Equity Agreement and A-B standards
- Assist in maintenance of POS Storage Area
- Assist other departments or other projects as needed
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Ability to work on a team and independently
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work and concentrate in a loud office setting
- Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines
- Ability to lift 30lbs. or more
Education/Training/Experience
- High School Diploma or GED Required; Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Previous graphic and sign production experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in sign-making software preferred (PC Corel Draw Design, Sign Lab, etc.)
- Working knowledge of sign-making equipment (vinyl cutter, printers, etc.)
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal liquor laws
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the job
