We are currently searching for a talented Civil Engineer to join our team in Minnetonka, MN This will be a hybrid position

Your options as a civil engineer are endless at SEH. You’ll engineer better communities -- complete streets, safer sidewalks, more sustainable utilities, and trails and parks. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering
  • Minimum of Four (4) years previous experience
  • Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota or the ability to obtain registration within 6 months
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS and proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience serving as a design engineer or project manager for multiple city infrastructure projects
  • Ability to develop new business opportunities and win project work
  • Previous project management, design and construction administration experience of Civil/Municipal projects including site improvements, streets, drainage and utilities
  • Experience in preparing project plans, specifications and bidding documents
  • Previous experience in project proposal preparation and client service management
  • Previous experience leading a staff of engineering professionals
  • Ability to coach and mentor junior level technical staff and Graduate Engineers
