- Rotating Holiday Schedule
Job Specific Responsibilities:
- Reconcile credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Ensure proper documentation is received
- Ensure credit card transactions adhere to company policy
- Coordinate with internal team members to identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functionally to resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, receipts and supplier communications
- Provide prompt feedback with internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- Experience in a high-transaction environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and business application software
Compensation - $50-60k annually
Schedule: M-F Normal Business Hours - on site in office.
