The On-Site Resident Services Coordinator will work in collaboration with the Resident Services Manager and the designated Asset Manager to assess residents’ needs.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the development and implantation of specific programming at a assigned properties.
  • Oversee and service as a liaison to outside vendors regarding residents at designated properties.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with residents, reporting upward needs for changing new program implementation.
  • Collaborate with the Resident Services Director on the creation of program budgeting.
  • Coordinate supplies needed for program events.
  • Act a liaison with outside vendors and community partners.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Entry-level relevant experience in Social Services, Social Work, or Education preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and good organizational skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge with MS Excel, MS Word, and Apricot Systems.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work.
  • Ability to utilize resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking), strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Self-directed and takes initiative.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Ability to travel to anywhere from 1 to 3 properties a day.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to complete assignments, find what needs to be done, and get help when needed.
  • Basic mediation skills including listening, seeking common ground, and acknowledging difference.
  • Valid driver's license, positive driving history, and own reliable transportation.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Walking up and down stairs.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at a time.
