The customer Care Associate is an entry-level position on our Customer Care team with opportunities to grow and gain experience in healthcare IT and Application services.
Reports To: Customer Care Manager
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate regular and scheduled customer calls, adopting a proactive approach to client management.
- Maintain a clear and organized agenda for all customer interactions, ensuring all participants are well-prepared and engaged.
- Compile and distribute follow-up notes and action items after each customer call, tracking progress and ensuring accountability.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding Visualutions products and services, offering knowledgeable and comprehensive answers.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated on product changes and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Up to 1 year of experience in customer service or support roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
