Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you'll play a critical part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and making purchases.
  • Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform other tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other tasks as needed.
