Program Overview:
Location: Initially based in Troy, MI for training, with potential relocation within the NE Region.
Dual Reporting: Reports to the GM and Regional Business Director.
Next Step: This role is intended as a stepping stone to a General Manager position.
Training Areas: Gain experience in Customer Service, Affiliate Management, Accounting, and Sales.
Role Clarity: Policy 6011 ALP will be provided for guidance.
Promotion Path: Successful candidates may be promoted to General Manager, with an LTI grant upon graduation. However, promotion is not guaranteed, and reassignment may occur for those not meeting program requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Lead a team of Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Team Management: Hire, train, develop, and motivate your team to achieve high performance.
Client Interaction: Visit customers to maintain service levels, troubleshoot issues, and upsell products.
Service Center Oversight: Manage the sales, office, and production aspects of the Service Center.
Sales & Service Management: Combine Service and Sales assignments into a comprehensive management training experience.

Skills/Qualifications (Must-Have):

Military Experience: Can substitute for field leadership experience but not for the degree requirement.
