About Web Craft Stylers:


   The Event Specialist at Webcraft Stylers is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, trade shows, and promotional activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail to ensure that all events run smoothly and meet the company’s objectives. The ideal candidate is an experienced event planner who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while working within tight deadlines. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and execute events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, and corporate meetings.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other internal departments to ensure alignment on event goals and objectives.
  • Source and manage vendors, including venues, caterers, entertainment, and other suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality service.
  • Develop event timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure all logistics are planned and executed effectively.
  • Create promotional materials for events, including invitations, brochures, signage, and social media content.
  • Coordinate on-site event logistics, including registration, set-up, tear-down, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Track and analyze event performance metrics, such as attendance, engagement, and ROI, providing post-event reports to management.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in event planning or event management is required.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
