Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and organized Event Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that enhance our client’s brand and engage their target audience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and trade shows
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation
  • Work closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver high-quality event experiences
  • Manage event budgets and timelines to ensure smooth execution
  • Oversee event staff and ensure all activities are running efficiently
  • Gather feedback and report on event outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
