Sunflower Bank is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a full-time HR Generalist at our Plano, Tx location. The HR Generalist provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department. This position is responsible for maintaining employee personnel files, reporting, preparing audit requests, and completes other various projects as assigned.
- First point of contact of HR hotline and HR inbox.
- Coordinating companywide events and communications
- Name Tag, Logowear, supply ordering
- Prepare and send termination packets for all departing employees.
- Ensures proper HR documentation, filing and maintenance.
- Complete monthly invoice reconciliations.
- Audit the HRIS system to ensure accuracy.
- Research confidential employee data and runs reports as needed
- Prepare and send periodic reports.
- Ensures all employee required training is completed by due date.
- Assist with event planning for Plano office and employees.
- Complete various projects for the department.
Education / Experience Preferred:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Business school or Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Possess a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Must have knowledge of secretarial, office administrative procedures and knowledge of use and operations of standard office equipment at a level generally acquired through three plus years related experience.
- Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software.
- Some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems and prioritize work.
- Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Pay is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.
