We are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the power delivery industry, as well as experience in utility construction and high voltages.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the transmission and substations market. You will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as managing the sales process from start to finish.

To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in business development. You must also be a strong communicator and have the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, as well as 10+ years of experience in the power delivery industry. Experience in utility construction and high voltages is preferred.

This is a full-time position
