Description of Duties:

  • Responsible for relationship management, project planning, resource management, tactical execution, and the creation and/or oversight of final project deliverables. ln this position, you will collaborate with senior management, stakeholders, and the team to meet business objectives and provide professional leadership & mentorship fostering respect and trust to inspire others to pursue excellence.
  • Oversee multiple projects to ensure proper management towards successful conclusion.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Manage large enterprise-type projects that involve multiple internal stakeholders or contracted resources.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans.
  • Define users and project team member's roles and responsibilities on the project.
  • Define user requirements, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Coordinate and monitor activities of all stakeholders to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Communicate project status to management and project stakeholders.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to lower-level Project Managers including recommending training and experience.
  • Able to perform more varied and difficult tasks
  • Able to work in a collaborative team environment to obtain best results
  • Work as a topmost trusted partner with aFit and the client
  • Provide attention to details
  • Approaches challenges with a positive, consultative mindset
  • Self-starter with the desire to achieve and work with integrity

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • PMP Certificate
