We are seeking a full-time Human Resource Coordinator for our corporate office in St. Louis Park.
This is a hybrid position with the initial training period being in person until successfully completed.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process biweekly payroll, including new hires, employee transitions, and benefits maintenance
- Manage leaves of absence including FMLA and medical leaves
- Administer employee surveys: yearly engagement survey, exit and stay questionnaires
- Maintain compliance posters in all locations along with facilitating posters audits
- Create and distribute biweekly HR communication poster for each location
- Assist HR Manager with managing benefits
- Coordinate with others to ensure smooth and effective interdepartmental processes including but not limited to hiring, onboarding, ongoing training, and payroll
- Maintain multiple HR systems
- Assist with Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) for delivery drivers and new hire onboarding
- Assist teammates and other departments as needed; Perform other office tasks as assigned
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Must be a positive and proactive problem-solver while providing excellent customer service
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Great Plains, Greenshades, Access and EOS Traction Model is a plus
- Preferred HR related experience (e.g. HR related education, HR certification, HR work experience)
- Range: $25 - $30 per hour (depending upon qualifications)
