Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using computerized systems
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service at the front desk
- Update web portals, input shipping details on retail and wholesale orders
- Respond to customer emails and provide customer service regarding questions concerning online orders
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Support office management by organizing files, documents, and other administrative tasks
- Basic cleaning of office spaces
- Print job packets for production departments and help track job progress
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is desirable but not required
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
