What you'll do:

  • As the Manager, L&D and People Programs, you will play a significant role in shaping the learning culture at Vumedi with a focus on the following areas: onboarding and orientation, learning program design, employee development, manager training.
  • Manage an L&D Specialist who will support you with creating content and rolling out programs.
  • Design, implement, and manage people programs aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop and enhance onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Develop training programs related to performance management, goal setting, and feedback—partner with the People Operations team to ensure consistency with performance processes.
  • Implement assessment mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.
  • Ensure compliance trainings are assigned and completed within the required timelines.

  • You have a track record of success in developing and executing people programs and learning initiatives. Your experience includes designing and implementing programs that align with organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous learning.
