We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing the number of people serving excessive sentences. Our mission is to activate the power of prosecutors to join the fight to end mass incarceration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development, growth, and optimization of key programs to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer to drive the organization's vision and strategy.
  • Manage the expansion, execution, and assessment of our Legal and National Policy Programs.
  • Lead the development and execution of projects focusing on metrics and data to improve program effectiveness.
  • Develop and improve programmatic systems and processes to ensure organizational success.
  • Resolve organizational roadblocks to achieve strategic goals.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in building, improving, and scaling programs in a high-expectations environment.
  • Track record of successful team and organizational leadership in a period of rapid growth.
  • Experience in strategy development, strategy consulting, and strategy implementation.
  • Prefer experience in the nonprofit sector and/or organizations focused on criminal justice, legislative reform, or other mission-driven environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in growing an organization or a major department within an organization.
  • Track record of building high-performance systems in rapidly growing organizations.
  • Ability to think analytically and operationally and to prioritize in an ever-changing landscape.
  • Passion for building great user-centered products and/or systems.
  • Experience with systems change work that improves the way that government operates for marginalized communities.
