Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations: Manage invoicing, payment posting, account reconciliations, and customer communication.
  • Financial analysis: Analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Team leadership: Provide guidance and support to the accounts receivable team.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Customer relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate timely payments and resolve disputes.
  • Process improvement: Identify and implement strategies to streamline accounts receivable processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics Navision/BC14 preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily office-based, with occasional remote work opportunities.
  • Requires regular interaction with colleagues and customers.
