Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Receivable Processor to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
  • Compute and record numerical data 
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties 
  • Actively participate in collecting funds from account and non account customers
  • Processing NSF checks
  • Cycle billing
  • Gather information to send to collections
  • Certified letters for theft customers

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Collections experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Available Monday-Friday (shifts vary based on end of month) 3-4 days a week
