This job can be a remote position, however, if located in the Baton Rouge or New Orleans, LA area, some hybrid in-office time will be required during the training period and as business dictates in the future. The typical schedule is 8:00a-5:00p CST or 8:30a-5:30p CST. The Moran Group is an experienced team of advertising professionals passionate about their clients' success. Prepare presentations and host meetings for assigned accounts Fact-checking for accuracy and compliance on all creative assets and coordinating approvals with clients Manage client media and production budgets Attend meetings & distribute/manage associated action items Review, analyze & communicate campaign results, sales, optimizations, etc. Conduct competitive market/product research as needed Qualifications: Prior agency and/or account management experience is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, concise & accurate messages through written & verbal instructions to all levels of agency and client management Great time and project management with the ability to regularly manage multiple long and short-term projects at once in a deadline-oriented environment High attention to detail Ability to manage client expectations & project constraints Ability to understand and track budgets Knowledge of traditional and digital media/advertising fundamentals (Broadcast/Cable, Paid Search, Paid Social Media, etc.) Ability to work well with minimal oversight Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications Experience with Asana or similar cloud-based project management is a plus
