POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Systems Administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Lion Energy’s business systems. This role will ensure the seamless integration and optimal performance of systems including but not limited to NetSuite, Deposco, Shopify, HubSpot, Jira/Confluence, Microsoft 365, Avalara, and Zendesk. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Administer and support all of Lion Energy’s business systems including but not limited to NetSuite, Deposco, Shopify, HubSpot, Jira/Confluence, Microsoft 365, Avalara, and Zendesk.
- Perform system configurations, customizations, and updates to meet business requirements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operation.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within various systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand system requirements and provide solutions – collaborating with other Information Systems team members to implement solutions when necessary.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all business systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
- Stay current with system updates and new features, making recommendations for improvements.
RECOMMENDED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in business systems administration or a similar role.
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems.
- Experience with Deposco or other WMS systems.
- Strong understanding of system integration, data management, and workflow automation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools is a plus.
- Certifications in relevant systems are a plus.
