Position Description

Core Responsibilities 

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the Customer Service and Billing teams. 

  • Train, develop, and offer continuous feedback and coaching to enhance performance. 

  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure exceptional customer service. 

  • Responsible for the end-to-end billing, account receivable, and collections functions. 

  • Develop and train the team on standard policies and procedures while encouraging creative thinking to enhance the user experience. 

  • Develop and monitor the right metrics daily to ensure the required support and quality are met. 

  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and take the lead in implementing practical solutions to enhance team efficiency. 

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate AR Aging report. short-term collections forecast and managing collections functions.

  • Communication: Kind and courteous when faced with delinquent customers or slow payers; firm and candid communication with all team members and customers. 

  • Time Management: Excellent time-management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

  • Adaptability: Willingness to grow and pivot when necessary. 

  • Experience: customer service, accounting/finance, and direct management.
