Key Responsibilities
- Be the subject matter expert on deductions and compliance programs at retailers in the Home Improvement channel, and act as an "internal consultant," representing the voice of the customer at SupplyPike
- Work closely with the SupplyPike-Home Improvement Product team to help with customer research and advise on feature prioritization
- Support the Sales team by sitting in on Home Improvement retailer sales calls to answer technical deductions- and compliance-related questions, and provide context, guidance, and domain expertise where necessary
- Support the Marketing team by providing insights around Home Improvement retailer deductions and compliance programs to assist with content creation
- Support the Customer Success team by advising on Home Improvement retailer deductions- and compliance-related questions, supporting quarterly business reviews, etc.
- Support other teams in an advisory capacity, including Customer Development, Finance, etc.
- Stay on top of retail news and developments from various sources (supplier groups, personal/professional networks, newsletters, conferences) and communicate learnings internally
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university - Business, Finance, Supply Chain preferred
- 5+ years of finance (A/P and/or A/R), revenue management, or supply chain experience - either at a Home Improvement retailer (i.e. The Home Depot or Lowe's) or at a Home Improvement goods supplier
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy and can learn new technologies quickly
