Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect to join our team as a Community Development Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting research, preparing plans, and administering projects for commercial and public clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide project management services, including preparation of plans, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Consult with clients to determine project requirements and prepare information on design, specifications, materials, and estimated costs.
  • Prepare project schedules, develop scopes of work, and integrate design elements into unified plans for client review and approval.
  • Research and prepare proposals for clients.
  • Assist clients in negotiations with consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, and vendors.
  • Oversee the construction administration of each project.
  • Coordinate projects with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal departments.
  • Forecast workload, assign projects, and allocate resources to develop and complete assigned projects.
  • Direct activities of landscape designers, interns, and technicians engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents.
  • Prepare operational and regulatory reports as required by company policy and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
  • Professional degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited college or university.
  • Three to five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
