Are you ready to make a significant impact? We are searching for a dynamic Director of Enrollment Marketing & Communications to lead our marketing and communication strategies. This role is crucial in achieving our student recruitment, enrollment, and retention goals. You will bring your analytical skills and genuine empathy to create impactful strategies that resonate with prospective families. As a result, your work will impact the lives of thousands of children.

You’ll Get To:

  • Shape the Customer Journey: Use data and analytics to inform and drive marketing initiatives that attract prospective families.
  • Collaborate and Execute: Work with other leaders to develop and implement data-driven marketing and communications strategies.
  • Champion Our Brand: Ensure our messaging across all channels aligns with our brand values and drives enrollment.
  • Create Awesome Experiences: Design engaging and immersive experiences for parents to connect with our schools.
  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and motivate our Marketing Enrollment & Customer Service team to achieve their best.
  • Partner with Agencies: Oversee our marketing agency and vendor partners to ensure the most effective campaigns.
  • Optimize Tools and Processes: Manage marketing tools, technology, and processes to streamline and prioritize actions.
  • Advocate for Spanish Immersion: Represent our program, the largest of its kind in North America, at community and industry events, engaging with families and influencers.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop and manage annual communication plans, including social media, newsletters, and email campaigns.
  • Oversee Content Creation: Lead daily content development for Lillio, providing parents with insights into our curriculum and sharing valuable updates.
  • Community Engagement: Plan and execute strategic participation in community events.
  • Impact Customer Retention: Oversee the full customer experience, resolving issues effectively and measuring student retention and parent satisfaction.
