Job Title : Logistics - Technical Business Analyst E-Commerce
Job Type : C2C / W2 / 1099
Experience : 6 to 15 years
Location : LEWISVILLE, Texas
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with a focus on technical and process requirements.
- Strong understanding of Kafka Topics and API integration.
- Experience with process mapping and documentation.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes and process flows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with E-Commerce platforms and subscription services.
- Experience with E-Commerce Portal development and Shovel Readiness activities.
- Knowledge of subscription management systems.
- Background in working with integration teams and handling complex technical requirements.
- Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration for Service Activation.
- Create process mapping between integration teams such as GOTA, LCM, Platform Science, and Trimble.
- Develop knowledge of Kafka Topics event creation, including determining necessary data attributes for distribution.
- Identify API End Points and understand the functionalities of each API involved in service activation.
- Assist in documenting the Customer Journey process flow.
- Act as a liaison between the subscription factory and Paccar, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements.
- Manage testing and validation for the requirements provided by the product team on both ends - Paccar and the Subscription Factory.
- Play a crucial role in groundwork and requirement refinement for the E-Commerce Portal.
- Assist with Shovel Readiness activities to ensure necessary preparations for a successful launch.
- Collaborate with the Product team to identify requirements and create process flows.
- Create wireframes to visually represent the portal's design and functionality.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
