Compensation:

$17 - $25 per hour + commission (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
  • Help Maintain Broker’s schedule and reply to client inquiries
  • Show homes to Buyer Clients on behalf of Broker
  • Attend inspections and walkthroughs on behalf of Broker
  • Fill out purchase contracts send for signatures
  • Assist Marketing Listing Specialist on Broker listings
  • Maintain and cultivate Broker’s client database
  • General duties of a Buyer’s Agent, as needed
Qualifications:
  • Real Estate Salesperson License (not-required for hire, but will need to obtain within 30 days)
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Strong availability for evening and weekend hours
  • A driver’s license with a reliable and presentable vehicle
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Desire to learn
  • A computer with reliable internet
