PMAT is seeking a Business Development Associate to join our growing team. You will be a key player in identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and supporting the execution of our growth strategies. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Growth Officer and other teams to ensure alignment with our business objectives and drive company success.


The preferred candidate is a dynamic, self-motivated team player who will excel in an entrepreneurial environment and is committed to directly contributing to the expansion and success of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research remotely to identify and evaluate potential clients and business opportunities within the defense and government sectors. Support the Chief Growth Officer in developing and implementing business development strategies that align with PMAT's goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through virtual communication, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other business development materials. Manage and update client and prospect information in the CRM system.
  • Analyze sales data to inform and refine business strategies, ensuring we are effectively targeting key opportunities.
  • Coordinate and support virtual business development events, such as webinars and online conferences.
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects to drive PMAT's overall growth strategy. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues remotely.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a strong interest in business development and growth strategies.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus but not required
