The Michelle Martin Group (MMG) is seeking Customer Service Representatives in Norfolk, VA.

As a Customer Service Representative (NO cold calling), you'll be the primary point of contact, delivering top-notch service for paratransit customers. Your helpful communication skills and ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently will assist in providing a positive experience for callers.


Location: Norfolk, VA

Type: Full time, On Site (No remote) 8:00am-5:00pm (5 days a week)

**MUST have availability to work at least ONE weekend day**

**40 hours per week **


Call Center is open year-round AND you must be available to work holidays and at least 5 days out of the week.

  • Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service (NO cold calling)
  • Communicate well via phone to ensure efficient scheduling
  • Maintain customer information within company software (call center software)

Additional Qualifications (a plus):

  • 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
  • A genuine passion for helping others and creating pleasant experiences
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual skills, in Spanish, a plus
